We know things come up, and we appreciate your help in keeping our schedule running smoothly. Please understand that when appointments are canceled last-minute or missed entirely, it directly affects your stylist’s income. Our team relies on a full schedule to make a living, and short-notice changes leave little opportunity to fill the spot.

•Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
•No-shows or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

With our new policy, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file when booking. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Card information will be collected at time of appointment for current clients and at the time of booking for new clients. Card information will be saved securely on clients customer file. We do not have access to credit card numbers once they are stored.
